Among the people with too much anxiety and automatic ego-defensiveness

I hear that steal is nothing out of the ordinary at the nearby supermarket and the employees, security guards and policemen are not willing to act for the victims, saying "There is nothing I can do for you."
People learn to give preferential treatment to irritable people, swearing in low voices, and to postpone gentle people, with welcoming addresses, in the world today.
I run a juku, a private tutoring school in Japan, receiving money not as tuition but only as sign of gratitude.
I suppose that the key to success is the people who has independence beyond too much anxiety and automatic ego-defensiveness.

In Japanese....

What does studying mean?

What does studying mean?
Generally many people consider it as working involuntarily to acquire the knowledge which are given from the people who are regarded as the authorities.
But I consider it as doing what he or she pleases to develop himself or herself.

The key to understand the mechanism of power plant and the dangerousness radioactive material

The Fukushima I nuclear accidents are not over yet and the explanation about that is difficult.
Recently I have written an essay about the mechanism of power plant and the dangerousness radioactive material in Japanese.
Interestingly, the key to understand them both are found in secondary education.
The key to understand the mechanism of power plant is electromagnetic induction.
The key to understand the dangerousness radioactive material is ion and ionization.
Boys and girls, any man-made systems like these are not difficult for you.
Learn anything with courage!

The Key of Academic Progress of the Students

He himself or she herself doesn't think anything because he or she considers his or her own thoughts not enough.
So he or she wants to copy someone's thoughts which he or she considers enough.
Actually, they have enough, rather, more than enough abilities to think.
That is why the key of academic progress of the students is to exercise the abilities for themselves, and is to lead them to exercise them for teachers of jukus.

The reason of reopening of Awaya-Juku

The name of my juku is always Awaya-Juku.
My desire for reopening of Awaya-Juku is because I want to see what it will create.
I feel the big hope with Awaya-Juku based on what I have got a glimpse into it.

My basic philosophy in my juku

I have summarized my basic philosophy in my juku.
I believe in my student and watch him or her growing up to the direction to which he himself or she herself grows up.
For this, I take his or her motivation for growth carefully and back him or her up and meet their motivation.
For this, I place top priority on conversation of endearment with them.

The characteristic change

Normally I used to see my student in the characteristic change of eyes on a certain day of the days in my juku ("Juku" is the private-sector educational institution in Japan.).
It used to be time for him or her to demonstrate his or her abilities and potentials in all dimensions.
And it used to be time for me to breathe easily.

Classification of Jukus

There are a lot of private-sector educational institutions called "juku" in Japan.
Some of them are aimed at passing entrance exams, others are for supplementary education.
Some of them provide team teachings, others provide tutorials.
And some of them are operated on large scales, others are operated individually.
For now, I work at franchise tutorial jukus for supplementary education.
I used to operate a private turorial juku for supplementary education individually.
I want to do that again.
