Baptism

26 years ago today, on 1 August 1989, I got baptized as the beginning of my own Christianity.
Now I'm not in that, nevertheless I'm proud of my hope for mutual faith.
Today I began to gather my lost sheep with my formal declaration.

These “abilities to make them think and act on their own initiatives“ are the powers, which promise self-confidence in his/her own academic ability and performance and consolidate independent [self] to realize the trust relationship with mutual [selves].

I could have taken such a hope because of the experiences that I have seen developments of [intelligence] and [mentality] of my former students in Awaya-Juku, which have been abilities to make them think and act on their own initiatives, and the warm eyes of their parents with approval.

Philosophy of Awaya-Juku - 001

Awaya-Juku is the juku which I, Satoshi Awaya, have opened and managed again expecting to see the realization of a hope of mine.
I took it through my experiences of coaching students of jukus and operating jukus in the Greater Tokyo Area since over twenty years ago.
